How are you? Like really, deep down, how are you? How has 2021 been so far? Are you feeling in alignment and thriving? Are you feeling overwhelmed at work?
It can be hard to take the time to reflect on yourself and where your energy is going when you are so busy. For years I would say I don’t have time, be angry that I didn’t have time, felt stuck and out of alignment. I know so many of us veterinarians feel this way and it was comforting to know that I wasn’t alone. But I also was doing nothing about it and complaining was not making anything change.

Like vet school, personal change takes work and time. One of the biggest changes that helped me was looking at how I was scheduling my time AND energy. I went from frazzled mornings and an endless to do list, to mornings with ease and getting things done during the week. The process that I use is what I will be sharing in Time to Feel Alive. Just showing up will not create change in your life but putting the work in will.
We will look at how you are planning your week, discuss delegation (which can be totally scary, but essential), and looking at what gives you energy personally. This is about you and honoring your needs and how you want to be living your life.
